Opening an account

To open a Simwood account for you we require just three things:
  • A completed CSA. Please complete and submit this on-line.
  • A declaration of network status to confirm you are a wholesale customer. Please complete and submit this on-line.
  • A prepayment on account in the currency you wish to be billed in.
Once those are in place we will create an account and process your prepayment which will result in your being emailed an invoice. Your account is then open and additional services (such as numbering or SIP termination) can be ordered.
