Once you have an account open, DDI / DID numbers or non-geographic numbering can be ordered by opening a support request. Alternatively, and strongly recommended, this can be done instantly yourself using our API.
- The number ranges you require and how many numbers in each. For DDIs / DIDs please see the service details for available coverage and associated charges.
- How you would like calls delivering. Normally this will either be to SIP or a PSTN number.
- For SIP we need to know the full URI (or a pattern we can replace with the allocated number) rather than just the IP address. If only the IP address is provided, numbers will be mapped as per our standard configuration. Ideally, please specify as sip:user@domain/extension, e.g. sip:{NUMBER}@myip or sip:myip/{NUMBER}. Please ensure you have configured your system to accept INVITEs from us in the format you have specified.
- For PSTN, please specify the number in full e164 format, i.e. countrycode+areacode+number.
Numbers will normally be provisioned within one working day during UK working hours. |
