With the exception of numbering and Managed Services we work exclusively on a prepayment basis by transfer to one of our bank accounts. We do not accept PayPal, Western Union or any other on-line payment service since as a wholesale provider the cost of doing so would be prohibitive. Accounts will be set up in one of three currencies: US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), or Euro (EUR). All billing and credits will take place in that currency and it is important that prepay is sent in that currency to the appropriate bank account. Billing currencies cannot be changed once an account is created and any costs related to the receipt of the wrong currency into the wrong account will be passed on in full. Please therefore ensure you use the correct details below, and ask us if in doubt: We will absorb our own bank charges and ask you to do the same. In any event, we will only credit your account with the amount actually received. We do not impose any kind of minimum spend but in keeping with us being a wholesale provider we request minimum prepayments as set out below. Any amounts below this level will not be applied to your account.
Payments missing appropriate references will incur an administration fee of £5/$8/€6 as appropriate. Please see the payment details for the currency concerned (see sub-pages links below or bank accounts above) for precise reference information. Low balance alerts can be set on your account to enable you to manage your prepay credit and the API provides a live view on it. Accounts will automatically suspend outgoing calls when credit runs and prolonged credit absences will cause incoming numbers to be cancelled. According to UK VAT regulations, we will account for VAT on the amount received. Generally speaking, for customers we deem to be outside the EU the payment credited to your account will be the amount received. EU and UK customers will be familiar with VAT so suffice to say the net amount will be credited to your account. In all cases, an electronic invoice (PDF sent by email) will be generated as soon as your payment is applied. |
