We make no charge for the number itself unless a gold/vanity number is required. Our only charge is per minute on received calls. These are charged at GBP 0.016 per minute peak and GBP 0.01 per minute at other times, billed per second. A modest level of payphone usage is tolerated but we reserve the right to charge this at GBP 0.15 per minute at all times. There is no additional charge for calls delivered to SIP or our fax/voicemail service but calls forwarded to the PSTN will be additionally charged at outbound rates as used. 0800/0808s cannot be allocated through the API but can be managed there once allocated. As 0800 is an OFCOM conserved range we generally restrict allocations to one per account, for high profile usage. 0808s are not conserved and can be allocated in volume. |
