UK Geographic (DDI / DID) Numbering

We offer 100% coverage of the UK with our numbering.

Differences in features and pricing mean each given area code is in one of two classes - Carrier or Legacy - and the features and pricing below is outlined for each type. We would generally recommend Carrier numbers for a richer feature set and greater capacity.

Pricing

Charges are for monthly rental (MRC) ONLY, at a rate per number according to the account currency. A minimum monthly numbering charge applies per account, essentially equivalent to 200 numbers. These are set out in the table below.

We DO NOT charge for channels or incoming usage of our DDIs (where calls are mapped to SIP or our fax/voicemail system) in any way other than the monthly rental. To be clear, a number using 1 channel will cost the same as a number using 1,000 and a number passing 1 minute in a month will cost the same as one passing 1m minutes.

As an alternative, we offer trial pricing of GBP 240 / USD 480 / EUR 360 per year, payable in advance and non-refundable, for up to 20 numbers. Once more than 20 numbers are allocated on an account, it will revert to standard pricing. Trial numbers may only be used for testing and under no circumstances as part of a Publicly Available Telephone Service (PATS).

Billing

We will invoice at the start of each month based on the numbers in issue at the end of the previous month. Any Gold number premium will be invoiced immediately the number is allocated. Trial packages require payment of invoice before numbers can be allocated.
